Responsibilities

About the Role: We're looking for a Business Specialist in Credit Card to work at the intersection of Product, Credit, Finance and Growth, translating business opportunities into initiatives that drive real impact. You'll be responsible for deeply understanding the market, identifying growth levers, and collaborating with Product, Data, and other teams to accelerate results.

  • Analyze product P&L and performance to identify growth opportunities based on data
  • Structure and track growth & monetization initiatives, from conception through results measurement
  • Conduct market analyses, benchmarks, and trend mapping in the fintech sector
  • Serve as a connector between Product, Credit, Finance and Operations teams
  • Support strategic decisions with structured analyses and clear recommendations for leadership
  • Responsible for weekly reports to C-level executives

  • Solid experience in business, growth, strategy, or consulting (3+ years)
  • Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to turn data into decisions
  • Problem solving mindset
  • Proficiency in analytical tools (advanced SQL/Databricks/Excel/Sheets)
  • IA daily user - Claude/N8N/Gemini/Others
  • Strong communication skills to present recommendations in a clear and structured way
  • Knowledge of the fintech, payments, or financial services market

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience at a fintech or high-growth tech company
  • Python
  • Fluent in Spanish/English
  • Experience in agile environments and cross-functional squads
