Job Description
The Role
As Addepar continues to grow and evolve, we are expanding our Business Recruiting capabilities to support a broader range of functions across the organization. We are seeking a Recruiter who can operate with agility and strategic insight as talent needs evolve across Go-To-Market (GTM), General & Administrative (G&A), and select operational and technical teams.
In this role, you’ll support a dynamic mix of full-cycle searches and collaborative recruiting efforts across Sales, Account Management, Client Success, Finance, Operations, and other business-critical functions. At times you will own a search end-to-end; at other times you may partner with another recruiter or provide targeted sourcing and top-of-funnel support for high-volume or business-critical hiring needs. This flexible model allows us to meet the business where it is, while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and high-quality outcomes.
This is an opportunity to shape hiring strategy across the broader business, build pipelines for emerging and evolving roles, and play a pivotal role in helping Addepar scale thoughtfully and sustainably.
Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.
The current range for this role is $90,000 - $140,000 (base salary) + benefits.
Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additionally, these ranges reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without requiring current or future visa sponsorship (for example, employment-based visas such as H-1B, F-1/OPT, or similar), and must be authorized to begin work in the U.S. on their first day of employment.
What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across a diverse set of roles spanning GTM, G&A, and broader business functions (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Finance, Operations, and Strategy).
- Flex between owning searches end-to-end and supporting teammates with sourcing, screening, or pipeline development as hiring needs evolve.
- Build and maintain strong, forward-looking talent pipelines for both established and emerging roles across the business.
- Partner with hiring managers and functional leaders to define role scope, candidate profiles, interview processes, and hiring strategies.
- Act as a thought partner on market trends, talent availability, and competitive positioning to inform hiring decisions.
- Deliver a high-quality, consistent candidate experience with clear, timely, and transparent communication.
- Use data and insights to refine search strategies, improve funnel conversion, and drive better hiring outcomes.
- Collaborate across Talent Acquisition, People, and cross-functional teams to improve processes, tooling, and overall recruiting effectiveness.
Who You Are
- Experienced recruiter with full-cycle expertise across GTM and/or G&A functions; comfortable expanding into new areas of the business.
- 4+ years of experience recruiting for finance, fintech, B2B SaaS, or high-growth technology companies.
- Demonstrated ability to hire for a range of role types—from quota-carrying sales to business operations, finance, or strategic functions.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and recruiting for roles that are still being defined or evolving.
- Strong communicator who can influence and partner effectively with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
- Highly proactive, organized, and adaptable; able to operate effectively in a fast-changing environment.
- Analytical and data-informed; uses metrics and market insights to continuously improve performance.
- Collaborative and team-oriented, with a focus on elevating the broader recruiting function.
