Strong proficiency in SQL; experience with SAS, Python, or similar analytical tools is highly preferred. Familiarity with healthcare analytics, Medicare Stars, or CAHPS/HOS survey data is a strong plus. Experience with predictive modeling, forecasting, or data mining techniques is desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior and executive stakeholders. Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage complex analytical problems. Proven track record of collaborating across technical and business teams in a matrixed environment. Benefits: Competitive annual salary ranging from $117,600 to $161,700, with bonus eligibility based on performance. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage. 401(k) retirement savings plan with additional company benefits.
