  • This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Business Intelligence Engineer in the United States. This role is focused on transforming complex healthcare and operational data into scalable, high-quality analytics solutions that support critical business decisions. You will work at the intersection of data engineering, business intelligence, and cloud transformation, helping modernize reporting systems and migrate legacy data environments into cloud-based platforms. The position involves building and optimizing data pipelines, enabling accurate reporting, and improving data accessibility across provider and service fund operations. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and analytics partners in a highly cross-functional environment. This is a hands-on technical role where SQL, data modeling, and cloud technologies play a central part in daily execution. The work directly impacts operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and strategic decision-making across the organization. It is well suited for someone who thrives in data-rich, mission-driven environments.
  • Accountabilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable business intelligence solutions that support service fund and provider operations, ensuring accurate, reliable, and actionable data insights. Build and optimize complex SQL queries and data models to support reporting, analytics, and business decision-making. Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using platforms such as Databricks and UDAP to integrate and transform data from multiple sources. Support data migration initiatives from legacy systems (mainframe and SQL servers) to cloud-based environments. Create reporting tools and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and other BI platforms to support operational and strategic needs. Perform data analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to ensure data integrity and resolve system issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define business use cases, and translate them into technical solutions. Support testing, validation, and continuous improvement of data models and reporting systems. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related technical roles. Advanced SQL expertise, including complex query development and performance optimization. Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with BI tools such as Power BI or equivalent visualization platforms. Hands-on experience with Azure, Databricks, SQL Server, and cloud-based data environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis on large datasets. Ability to translate business requirements into technical data solutions in a healthcare or operations context. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams. Preferred experience with healthcare data, provider operations, system migrations, and data mining techniques. Benefits: Competitive annual salary ranging from $66,800 to $91,100, depending on experience and location. Eligibility for performance-based bonus incentives. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage. 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer contributions. Generous paid time off, including holidays, parental leave, and volunteer time off. Life insurance, disability coverage, and wellness-focused employee benefits. Remote work flexibility with occasional travel for training or team collaboration. Access to professional development and continued learning opportunities.
