Job Description

Decoda Health is hiring a killer BDR

Most healthcare software is a mess.

Too many tools. Too much manual work. Systems that don’t talk to each other.

We’re building an all-in-one platform powered by AI for elective care clinics. One system that handles the patient journey end to end.

Fewer missed calls. Faster follow-ups. More booked patients. Less admin.

Because in elective care, inefficiency = lost revenue.

What you’ll actually do

You own top of funnel. Fully.

  • Work on outbound campaigns across email, calls, and social

  • Identify high-value clinics (med spas, aesthetics, wellness, weight loss)

  • Write messaging that gets responses

  • Qualify leads based on real revenue pain

  • Book meetings and create pipeline

  • Keep CRM clean and accurate

You’ll work directly with the head of sales.

This role is not for everyone

  • No inbound safety net

  • No rigid playbook

  • High expectations

What we’re looking for

  • 1-2+ years in SDR/BDR or similar

  • Proven ability to hit or exceed meeting targets

  • Strong outbound skills across channels

  • Clear, direct communication

  • Comfortable in a fast-moving startup

Bonus if you’ve sold into healthcare or med spas.
