Job Description

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Business Development Executive for our UK-based clients. This is a fully remote position offering South African professionals an excellent opportunity to work with leading UK employers from home. You will work UK business hours and join a supportive, fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, identify and prioritise new business prospects and target markets
  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via calls, email and LinkedIn
  • Present tailored proposals and solutions to senior decision-makers
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close new business deals against monthly targets
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to signed agreement
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline in CRM at all times

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Confident and persuasive communicator with strong English language skills
  • Self-driven and motivated to succeed in a fully remote target-driven role
