Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our client's team. This role is the first point of contact for clients and plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a high volume of calls and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls in a remote setting.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using digital scheduling systems.
- Verify insurance information and assist with basic billing inquiries via phone and online platforms.
- Accurately maintain and update client records within electronic systems (EHR/CRM).
- Provide remote administrative support and ensure smooth day-to-day virtual office operations.
- At least 2 years of experience as a front desk receptionist, patient coordinator, or in a similar role within a U.S.-based healthcare practice; experience in mental health settings is highly preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Please note that this is a full-time contractor position (40 hours per week) with a pay rate of $7 – $8 per hour depending on skillset and experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM PST.
