ABOUT THE ROLE

Job Title: Mission Support Administrator (Spanish/English)
Reports To: President & Executive Director
Type: Full-time, Independent Contractor
Location/Time Zone: Remote (Latin America preferred), CST

Salary: Up to $2000/mo

Start Date: ASAP

ABOUT YOU

We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Mission Support Administrator who is passionate about serving God and church multiplication. You’ll support leadership in administrative, operational, and communication tasks, enabling them to focus on equipping pastors to start and grow thriving churches.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Executive & Operational Support

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and travel for leadership
  • Handle expenses, reimbursements, and monthly financial tracking
  • Attend key meetings, take notes, and assign action items

Fundraising & Partner Support

  • Assist with donor coordination and development tasks
  • Maintain partner communications and impact reporting

Communication & Media Management

  • Help run email campaigns, newsletters, and weekly updates
  • Translate and maintain resources in Spanish
  • Coordinate podcasts and digital content
  • Build and maintain automated workflows to streamline operations

  • Committed and growing relationship with Jesus Christ; active in a local church
  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant or similar experience
  • Native Spanish + excellent written English
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organized, and results-oriented
  • Self-starter with an “owner” mindset
  • Tech-savvy: Google Workspace, WordPress, and AI workflow tools
  • Process-oriented with ability to improve workflows
  • Professional, warm interpersonal skills

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Fully remote with reliable internet and home office setup
  • Must participate in virtual team meetings and annual retreat
  • Primarily involves computer-based tasks that require focus, along with some sitting time.
