We are looking for a highly qualified Immigration Court Paralegal to work hand-in-hand with our legal team and Attorney Auguy in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Are you a passionate and meticulous legal professional ready to defend justice and transform the future of hundreds of families before the immigration courts?!In Mangone Law Firm, excellence is intentional, quality is uncompromised, and going above and...COMPETENCIES & SKILLS
- Technical Knowledge: Minimum of 1 year of experience in immigration law with a robust focus on immigration court cases. (Motions, Removal, AOS, Notions to appear, Habeas Corpus, Detained clients)
- Bilingual: B2-C1 proficiency in English.
- Legal Skills: Excellent legal research skills, technical document drafting, and meticulous file organization.
- Soft Skills: Assertive communication, deep empathy toward the immigrant community, excellent time management, and strict professional ethics and confidentiality.
- Mindset: High attention to detail, adaptability to changing legislation, and a strong teamwork orientation.
