Job Description

✅ Key Responsibilities

  1. Onboarding KOLs & Communities – Identify, engage, negotiate with, and onboard trader KOLs, trading communities, and professional traders to promote and utilize our exchange.

  2. Partnership Development – Build and maintain strong relationships with traders, signal groups, and crypto communities to encourage ongoing platform usage.

  3. Outreach & Negotiation – Conduct cold outreach and manage partnership discussions with potential collaborators.

  4. Growth Initiatives – Support the design and execution of referral, rebate, and promotional programs to attract and retain traders.

  5. Market Research – Stay up to date on crypto trends, competitor exchanges, and rising KOLs or trading communities.

  6. Cross-Team Collaboration – Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and sustained engagement.

  7. Performance Monitoring – Track, analyze, and report the effectiveness of partnerships, including user acquisition and engagement metrics.

👤 Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships, preferably in crypto, fintech, or influencer marketing.

  • Solid understanding of crypto trading, exchange ecosystems, and KOL dynamics.

  • Active presence or strong familiarity with platforms like Twitter, Telegram, and Discord.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

  • Self-motivated with a hunter mindset — comfortable with cold outreach and closing deals.
