Job Description
- This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Back Office Property Analyst (NLS) in United States. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy investigative work, online research, and solving complex information puzzles without a fixed roadmap. You will be responsible for conducting property due diligence research across multiple U.S. jurisdictions, using public records, municipal databases, and direct outreach to government offices when needed. The work is varied and intellectually engaging, requiring adaptability, persistence, and strong analytical thinking. Each file presents unique challenges, making the role far from repetitive and highly dynamic. You will play a key part in supporting real estate transactions by producing accurate reports that help professionals make informed decisions. This is a fully remote position within a structured but flexible environment that values independence and precision.
- Accountabilities: Conduct detailed property research using online tools, public records, and municipal and county resources across the United States. Contact government offices and municipalities by phone or email to obtain missing or clarifying property-related information. Compile, verify, and deliver accurate property due diligence reports supporting real estate and title industry transactions. Analyze and cross-check data from multiple sources to ensure consistency, completeness, and reliability. Maintain high standards of documentation, confidentiality, and data integrity across all assigned cases. Manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards. Collaborate remotely with internal teams when clarification or escalation is needed. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of work experience in roles such as customer service, research, administrative support, or similar environments. High School Diploma or GED required. Eligibility to work remotely in approved U.S. states (FL, TX, AL, TN, NC, GA, IL, MI, ND, VA) and availability to work EST hours. Strong interest or experience in property/title industry terminology is highly preferred (e.g., municipal lien searches, estoppels, surveys, release tracking). Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a strong investigative mindset. High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities, including professional phone etiquette. Proficiency with Google Workspace, Adobe tools, and general computer systems. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks. Strong confidentiality awareness and professional discretion when handling sensitive information. Friendly, proactive, and adaptable approach to changing priorities and research challenges. Benefits: Multiple health, dental, and vision insurance plans available. Employer-paid life insurance, short-term disability, and access to optional supplemental coverage (LTD, AD&D, critical illness, etc.). Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for personal and professional support. 401(k) retirement plan with employer match. Monthly bonus potential after training completion and performance eligibility. Minimum 15 PTO days (prorated in the first year), increasing with tenure. 8 paid holidays per year. Fully remote work arrangement with structured weekday schedule (Monday–Friday, EST hours).
