This is a senior enterprise leadership role responsible for shaping and modernizing the platforms that define how insurance products are designed, governed, and delivered at scale. You will lead transformation across complex insurance ecosystems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across Medicare, Medicaid, and supplemental benefit products. The role sits at the intersection of product strategy, technology enablement, data governance, and regulatory execution. You will drive multi-year platform modernization efforts while ensuring millions of members receive seamless, compliant, and reliable benefits. This position requires a strong balance of strategic vision and execution leadership in highly regulated environments. You will also lead cross-functional teams and partner closely with technology, analytics, actuarial, and compliance leaders. The environment is highly complex, mission-critical, and focused on large-scale enterprise transformation.
- Accountabilities: Define and lead the enterprise strategy for insurance product platforms, ensuring modernization, compliance, and operational excellence across all product lines and lifecycle stages. Own the multi-year roadmap for insurance product and platform capabilities, driving modernization through automation, AI, and scalable operating models. Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle capabilities including benefit design, CMS bid filing, configuration, and downstream execution. Ensure accuracy and consistency of insurance product data across member, provider, and partner-facing systems and channels. Lead platform governance, data quality, and operational controls to ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness. Partner with Technology, Data & AI, Actuarial, Compliance, and Operations to translate business needs into scalable technical and platform solutions. Drive prioritization and sequencing of major transformation initiatives, balancing regulatory deadlines with long-term modernization goals. Lead and develop a high-performing organization of product, platform, data, and testing professionals. Oversee vendor eligibility and supplemental benefit enablement capabilities tied to large-scale partner ecosystems. Requirements: 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in product management, platform strategy, healthcare operations, or large-scale enterprise transformation. Strong background in highly regulated industries such as insurance, healthcare, or government programs (Medicare/Medicaid strongly preferred). Proven experience leading platform modernization, digital transformation, or AI-enabled enterprise initiatives. Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, benefit configuration, and regulatory execution frameworks. Strong ability to lead complex, cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority. Executive-level communication skills with the ability to translate complex systems into clear business strategy. Experience working with data governance, APIs, enterprise platforms, and automation-driven operating models. Demonstrated leadership in building and scaling high-performing teams in complex matrixed environments. Benefits: Competitive annual salary ranging from $184,800 to $254,100, depending on experience and location. Eligibility for performance-based bonus incentives. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage. 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer contributions. Generous paid time off, including holidays, parental leave, volunteer time, and caregiver leave. Life insurance, disability coverage, and holistic well-being programs. Opportunity to lead enterprise-scale transformation impacting millions of members. Remote work flexibility with occasional travel for training or leadership meetings.
