This role combines SAP Ariba implementation leadership with organizational change management expertise to drive successful enterprise transformation programs. You will act as a client-side advisor working closely with system integrator project teams to ensure delivery excellence across large-scale SAP Ariba deployments. The position plays a critical role in guiding stakeholders through change, improving adoption, and ensuring organizational readiness throughout the implementation lifecycle. You will lead planning, execution, and governance activities while aligning business users, leadership, and technical teams. The environment is fast-paced and highly collaborative, focused on ERP transformation success and measurable business adoption outcomes. This is a remote contract role aligned to PST hours, ideal for professionals who thrive at the intersection of project delivery and change leadership.
- Accountabilities: Lead and oversee end-to-end SAP Ariba implementation projects from a client-side perspective, ensuring alignment with system integrator delivery teams. Drive organizational change management (OCM) strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and adoption initiatives. Conduct stakeholder assessments, impact analyses, and organizational readiness evaluations to support successful transformation outcomes. Develop and execute change management plans, including training strategies, communication programs, and user adoption activities. Support ERP implementation lifecycle activities across platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Workday, or similar systems. Collaborate with business leaders to define roles, responsibilities, and readiness for process and system changes. Ensure successful delivery of OCM workstreams, including sponsorship alignment, training execution, and engagement planning. Requirements: Proven experience as an Ariba Project Manager with strong hands-on SAP Ariba implementation expertise. Strong background in organizational change management (OCM), particularly within SAP or ERP transformation programs. Experience managing full lifecycle ERP implementations (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Workday, or equivalent). Demonstrated leadership experience in complex, cross-functional project environments. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with clients, vendors, and system integrators. Strong experience in stakeholder management, change impact analysis, and organizational readiness planning. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels. Consulting background, particularly within Big 4 or similar environments, is a strong plus. Ability to work PST hours in a remote contract setting. Benefits: Competitive hourly rate based on experience (DOE). Fully remote contract role aligned to PST working hours. Opportunity to lead large-scale SAP Ariba and ERP transformation programs. Exposure to enterprise-level organizational change management initiatives. Collaboration with senior stakeholders, client teams, and global implementation partners. Experience in high-impact consulting-style delivery environments.
