Monitor competitive activity and industry trends to maintain strong product and market awareness. Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and quality standards throughout all project phases. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, architecture, construction management, or door hardware/security consulting. High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related field preferred. Strong understanding of construction processes and familiarity with door hardware or building security systems is highly valued. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted relationships. Strong customer service orientation with a proactive and solution-driven mindset. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with attention to detail and accountability. Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into practical project solutions. Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed. Benefits: Competitive total compensation package with performance-based bonus eligibility. Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage. Unlimited paid time off to support work-life balance. 401(k) plan with company match and no vesting period. Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).
