About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, strategic, and collaborative Deal Desk Analyst to support our sales teams in day to day execution of key deals. • Understanding of B2B commercial contracts and deal structures.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to pushback in challenging situations.

What You’ll Do

  • Deal Structuring & Review
    • Help maintain team SLAs for timely changes
    • Assist sales teams in designing quotes and contracts, including product bundling, and multi-year "ramp" deals.
    • Serve as the primary gatekeeper for non-standard terms, ensuring all necessary stakeholders (legal, accounting, finance) sign off on exceptions.
  • Support policy and compliance by enforcing "guardrails" regarding discounting levels, revenue recognition standards, and legal liability.
  • Work with sales enablement to train sales representatives on how to use Salesforce CPQ and Ironclad.
  • Process Optimization: Identify "friction points" in the sales cycle and implement automation or workflow improvements to increase deal velocity.
