• Accountabilities: As a Senior Business Requirements Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting product development initiatives by analyzing needs, refining requirements, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution. Support Product Owners in the refinement, analysis, and documentation of user stories. Translate business requirements into clear, structured, and actionable specifications for development teams. Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the delivery lifecycle. Conduct functional testing activities to validate solutions and ensure they meet defined requirements. Create and maintain project documentation and technical artifacts required for successful delivery. Work closely with stakeholders to clarify needs, identify improvements, and support decision-making. Ensure delivered solutions align with contractual requirements, quality standards, and business expectations. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within agile processes and technology projects. Requirements: The ideal candidate has strong experience in business analysis, requirements management, and agile software development environments. You should be comfortable working between business and technology teams, transforming complex needs into effective solutions. Bachelor’s degree and/or postgraduate qualification in Information Technology or related fields. Proven experience working as a Senior Requirements Analyst or Business Analyst. Experience supporting agile development teams and product-oriented environments. Knowledge of user story creation, refinement practices, and functional testing processes. Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand business challenges and propose structured solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to organize priorities, manage multiple demands, and work independently.
