Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to Flemish-speaking customers through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries about products, orders, and services.

- Document customer interactions and follow up as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
- Fluency in Flemish (both written and spoken) is required.
- Currently residing in Greece.
- In possession of AMKA and AFMI.
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous, but not necessary.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Enthusiasm for providing outstanding service and promoting customer loyalty!
