- Engage in ongoing training to keep up-to-date with energy products and services.
- Fluency in Flemish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Residing already in Greece
- In possession of AMKA and AFMI
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but not required.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Currently residing in Greece with valid work authorization.
- Enthusiasm for providing outstanding service and contributing to customer loyalty!
