As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide top-notch support to Dutch-speaking customers, addressing inquiries related to energy services, billing, and account management. Your strong communication skills and understanding of customer needs will be essential in ensuring satisfaction and maintaining a positive relationship with our clients.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in Dutch through phone, email, and chat regarding energy inquiries
- Assist customers with questions about their accounts, billing issues, and service inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
- Document interactions accurately in the CRM system and follow up as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective handling of customer needs
- Stay informed about energy market trends and our service offerings
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills
- Residency in Greece
- In possession of AMKA and AFMI
- Prior customer service experience, ideally in the energy or utility sector, is preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
- Able to work part-time hours while living in Greece
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Genuine interest in the energy sector and helping customers navigate their services
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is a plus
