This is not a task-based automation role.
We’re hiring an AI Automation Specialist to design, build, and optimize AI-powered workflows that eliminate manual work, increase speed, and drive measurable business outcomes across sales, recruiting, and client success.
Your success is not measured by activity. It’s measured by time saved, revenue enabled, and workflows deployed at scale.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver 10-15 high-impact automations monthly
- Replace manual workflows across sales, recruiting, and operations
- Build systems that are scalable, documented, and actively used
- Track automation performance and continuously optimize to get the maximum results
- Own the lifecycle of AI workflows (build → optimize → maintain)
- Ensure systems are reliable, cost-efficient, and low-maintenance
- Collaborate with different teams, understand their workflows, painpoints, and gaps, and turn needs into automation solutions
- Drive real usage through training and simplicity
KPIs
- Automations deployed per month
- % reduction in manual work/hours saved
- Workflow adoption rate
- Impact on pipeline (meetings, replies, conversions)
- System performance (uptime, accuracy, cost efficiency)

- Thinks in systems, not tasks
- Ships fast and iterates based on results

Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:
- Internet Connection:
- Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
- Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
- Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
- Primary Device:
- Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
- Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
- A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
- Backup Device:
- Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
- Must be functional during power interruptions.
- A functioning webcam.
- A noise-canceling USB headset.
- A quiet, dedicated home office space.
- Peripherals and Workspace: A smartphone for communication and verification
