You will be responsible for:

building real automations

improving operational speed, accuracy, and scalability

Process Analysis & Automation Design

Analyze operational workflows and identify automation opportunities
Design systems that:

Translate business requirements into scalable automation workflows
Recommend automation improvements proactively

AI & Workflow Automation Development

Build automations using:

Zapier
Make
n8n
Power Automate

Integrate AI tools such as:

ChatGPT / OpenAI
Claude / Anthropic
Gemini / Google AI

Automate workflows across:

operations
customer support
marketing
HR
reporting
internal coordination

APIs, Integrations & Technical Execution

Connect systems using:

APIs
webhooks
third-party integrations

Ensure reliable data flow across multiple platforms
Troubleshoot and resolve workflow or integration issues quickly
Build scalable, maintainable automation systems

Optimization & Performance Improvement

Monitor workflow reliability, speed, and uptime
Improve:

scalability
automation logic
output accuracy
operational efficiency

Continuously optimize workflows based on usage and results
Identify opportunities to eliminate repetitive operational work

Documentation & Operational Visibility

Document automation workflows clearly including:

triggers
logic
integrations
outputs
dependencies

Maintain structured SOPs and operational documentation
Provide visibility into:

automated workflows
operational impact
efficiency improvements

Cross-Team Collaboration

Work closely with non-technical teams to gather workflow requirements
Translate operational ideas into working automation systems
Explain automation logic clearly to stakeholders
Recommend scalable process improvements proactively
