• Accountabilities: Draft legal documents and procedural filings of low, medium, and high complexity related to civil and consumer law matters. Manage procedural deadlines, monitor case progress, and coordinate hearing schedules to ensure timely legal actions. Maintain and update legal management systems with accurate case information and documentation. Prepare legal reports and perform case analyses to support risk classification, provisioning, and strategic decision-making. Participate in mediation processes and alternative dispute resolution initiatives when applicable. Represent clients in hearings and legal proceedings as required. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient case management and consistent legal support across the portfolio. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Law with an active Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) registration. Proven experience in Civil Procedure and Consumer Law. Experience using legal case management systems and maintaining accurate procedural records. Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare technical legal opinions and assess litigation risks. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proactive, resilient, and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
