Job Description
  • About Us Our client is a fast-paced digital marketing agency supporting businesses with services including website design, Google Ads management, social media marketing, print design, branding, and more. The team operates remotely and works collaboratively to deliver responsive, high-quality service to our clients. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Virtual Assistant to support our client’s growing team with recurring operational and marketing admin tasks. Position Overview This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, process-driven work, learns new systems quickly, and takes pride in organization and accuracy. While some tasks involve marketing platforms and creative assets, prior marketing experience is not required — we will provide training on all workflows and systems. This is a part-time role starting at approximately 20 hours per week, with potential to grow into a full-time position over time.
  • Key Responsibilities Google Ads Administrative Support ● Review Google Ads search terms reports ● Identify irrelevant or low-quality search queries ● Add negative keywords based on provided guidelines ● Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across multiple client accounts Document & Flyer Management ● Update fillable PDF versions of marketing flyers ● Upload updated documents to various platforms and systems ● Replace outdated files in websites, CRMs, and archives ● Maintain tracking spreadsheets and organized file structures General Administrative Support ● Follow documented processes and SOPs ● Assist with repetitive but important operational tasks ● Communicate progress and timelines clearly with the team ● Help maintain smooth internal workflows and fast client turnaround times
  • Requirements ● Administrative or virtual assistant experience ● Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat ● Strong attention to detail ● Excellent organizational skills ● Comfortable learning new tools and systems quickly ● Reliable communication and responsiveness ● Ability to manage recurring tasks independently ● Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment ● Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Preferred (But Not Required) ● Experience with Google Ads platforms ● Experience working with remote teams ● Experience using CRMs or project management systems
