At BMAT Music Innovators, we help music play and pay fairly.
Our Accounting team is looking for an Accounting Intern with a practical mindset, attention to detail, and the motivation to learn the ins and outs of accounting operations.
This is a great opportunity for students in vocational training programs (CFGS/CFGM in Accounting, Finance, or similar) who want to gain real experience in an international company.
Previous experience in the music business is a plus. A strong belief that music can save the world is a must.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the AR Specialist to prepare, update, and maintain the customer aging report, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
- Create and track customer collection claims, logging outcomes and driving them to resolution.
- Record customer payments in the ERP system and perform bank reconciliations, investigating and clearing discrepancies.
- Support the Accounting team with administrative and manual tasks that keep operations running smoothly.
- Currently studying a Vocational Training Program (CFGM/CFGS) in Accounting, Finance, or similar.
- Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage and analyze large amounts of data.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate in your work.
- A team player who enjoys learning and collaborating.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
