About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Account Manager to support merchant onboarding and operational processes within the payments direction.

- Basic understanding of payment infrastructure
- Strong communication skills
- Confident Excel / Google Sheets user
- Experience with Jira / Redmine / Confluence
- Russian - native, English - B2+
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech / payments / iGaming
- Experience in onboarding processes
- Ability to work in structured environments
Key Responsibilities
- Support merchant onboarding and activation
- Collect and transfer required data to providers
- Coordinate communication during integration
- Monitor contract signing and connection statuses
- Process incoming client requests
- Track ticket statuses and follow-ups
- Update documentation and internal systems
- Assist in preparing expansion proposals
- Escalate complex cases to Account Manager
