Job Description
- Own and drive the growth of a portfolio of key clients;
- Lead day-to-day account operations, including promotions and commercial strategy execution;
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships through regular strategic communication (calls, meetings, events);
- Deliver data-driven insights through reporting and performance analysis;
- Identify growth opportunities and proactively implement initiatives to improve client performance;
- Act as a cross-functional driver, aligning marketing, product, and sales teams to achieve business goals;
- Stay ahead of market trends and continuously refine account strategies.
- At least 2 years of experience in client-facing roles such as account management, customer success, or business development, ideally within iGaming;
- Solid understanding of the IT landscape and key business processes;
- Demonstrated ability to establish and grow long-term client partnerships;
- Strong interpersonal skills, including communication, negotiation, and effective collaboration across teams;
- Upper-intermediate English (B2+) or higher;
- Confident use of Excel, Google Workspace, and Jira;
- Well-structured approach to work with strong coordination and stakeholder management skills;
- Data-driven thinking with a clear focus on achieving measurable results.
