This opportunity is designed for early-career talent who want to gain hands-on experience in brand partnerships, influencer relations, and public relations within the fast-growing digital assets industry. You will support initiatives that strengthen brand visibility and community engagement through strategic relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs). The role provides exposure to global marketing operations, event coordination, and communication strategies in an international environment. You will collaborate with experienced professionals across multiple teams while developing valuable skills in partnership management and stakeholder engagement. • Accountabilities: As a Brand KOL team member, you will support the development of influencer partnerships, assist with communication initiatives, and help strengthen relationships with external stakeholders. You will contribute to maintaining a positive brand presence while supporting marketing activities and events. Assist in identifying, researching, and engaging with KOLs and influencers who align with brand objectives and values. Support the organization and execution of KOL events, meetings, networking activities, and partnership initiatives. Serve as a communication bridge between internal teams and KOL partners, ensuring timely, professional, and effective collaboration. Assist with managing sensitive communications and supporting resolution efforts during challenging situations. Prepare reports, updates, and insights related to KOL activities, engagement, and public sentiment. Collaborate with marketing, PR, and cross-functional teams to align KOL activities with broader communication strategies. Represent the brand professionally during events and external interactions. Requirements: The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic early-career professional with strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in marketing, public relations, and digital communities. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment and building relationships with diverse stakeholders. Final-year student or recent graduate in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or a related field. Strong verbal and written English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with international partners and stakeholders. Additional language skills are considered an advantage. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain professional relationships. Confident and comfortable participating in events, networking activities, and influencer interactions. Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to handle confidential or sensitive situations with professionalism and maturity. Interest in blockchain, cryptocurrency, Web3, or emerging technologies is a plus but not mandatory.
