Job Opening: ABA Recruiter
Location: Remote from South Africa (Operating US Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM EST)
Type: Full-Time
Salary: Paid in South African Rands (ZAR)
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified ABA professionals including BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical staff.
- Utilize proactive sourcing techniques including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and industry-specific platforms.
- Manage candidate pipelines and coordinate recruitment processes in collaboration with hiring managers and clinical leadership.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet job requirements and company culture fit.
- Maintain detailed and accurate candidate records using applicant tracking systems.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top ABA talent.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Meet recruitment goals within established timelines while maintaining high quality standards.
- Proven recruitment experience within ABA, healthcare, or behavioral health sectors preferred.
- Strong ability to actively source candidates through diverse channels beyond posting jobs.
- Experience recruiting for clinical roles such as BCBAs, RBTs, or Behavior Technicians is a plus.
- Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
